Shipping policy

Domestic shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. There is no shipping on weekends or Holidays. Contact the ranch at artranchfbg@gmail.com if you have a special need and every reasonable effort will be made to meet your request. During periods of high volumes of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping of your order we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & Delivery

All packages will be shipped via USPS at domestic flat shipping rates. 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs Duties and Taxes

ART Ranch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. ( tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

ART Ranch is not liable for and products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged please contact USPS to file a claim. 

INTL Shipping Policy
